Located just 7km outside Durbanville in the heart of the Koeberg Farm community, this is the perfect place to stay for those looking to explore the surrounding wine farms and experience the best that the region has to offer. Guests can enjoy the peaceful farm atmosphere and take advantage of the walking, running, and cycling routes on the farm. The property is surrounded by some of the most renowned wine farms in the area, making it an ideal base for wine lovers and connoisseurs alike. Our Accommodation

The accommodation itself has all the warmth of a family home with the amenities and luxuries needed for modern living. It is spacious and tastefully furnished, with an outdoor braai area that is perfect for year-round entertaining.

There is also a covered stoep with an outside table and chairs, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Our Bedrooms

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with bedroom 1 featuring a comfortable double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 3 is fitted with a luxurious queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is a sight to behold, with a double basin, walk-in shower, and bath. The other two bathrooms are equally impressive, with one having a shower and toilet, while the other has a shower, single basin, and bath.

The tariff per night is
R2000 per night for 2 people
  • More guests, no problem. R500 per person up to max of 6 people
  • Minimum 2 nights stay
  • Sleeps 6 people (3 bedrooms)
  • Discounted rates are applicable for bookings that are longer than 2 weeks
  • To finalize your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking
  • All fees must be settled in full before check-in

  • The check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 10:00, but, if possible, these times can be negotiated

Tricia and André. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation on your farm just outside Durbanville. We had the best Ladies' weekend at Spes Bona. The stunning views welcomed us on arrival, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs. Tricia Holtzhausen and André were amazing hosts and made us feel so special! I had the privilege of staying over at this lovely accommodation with a group of friends last Friday. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Andre & Tricia, who went out of their way to make this an unforgettable experience for us all. This beautiful self-catering unit/home is stylishly furnished and so comfortable. The spectacular view from the porch/braai area overlooking the farm dam was so serene and an added bonus.
